She worked with Century 21 from 1987 through 1992 starting as an Administrative Assistant, and moving to Real Estate Sales, Property Management, Sales Manager, Office Manager and New Agent Recruiter. From 1992 to 1994, Mrs. Lampkin was Property Manager for ERA Wanda Case Realtors.
In 1994, Mrs. Lampkin founded L&L Property Management with a mission of providing full quality services in real estate sales and property management.
